And now, I’m thrilled to share the next chapter in that story: Poetic Just•ice Cream. 

This isn’t just ice cream. It’s plant-based, dairy-free, and crafted with the same care and soul that I bring to my cooking. It’s indulgent without compromise — proof that you can honor your health, the planet, and your cravings all at the same time.

The first collection of flavors are more than desserts; they’re verses in a poem:

  • Sweet Orleans: a strawberry ice cream with a New Orleans flair that reminds you of festivals in the summer time
  • Melanated Vanilla: a butter pecan ice cream that’s as rich in flavor as it is in story.
  • Poetically Correct: a dark, decadent chocolate ice cream made to be savored.

Like my cooking and writing, this ice cream comes from a place of creativity and connection. It’s about pleasure, yes — but also about purpose. Launching Poetic Just•ice Cream feels like weaving together every part of who I am: the chef, the poet, the artist, the neighbor who wants to feed you something that will leave you smiling long after the spoon hits the bowl.
